Cedar Estates is a community about 1 mile off I-15 exit 113 towards Shelley, Idaho. This community features 1-acre lots with roughly 120 lots planned when the community is completed. This subdivision provides great access to Idaho Falls and Shelley while maintaining a country feel. 

Cedar Estates is located towards Shelley, off of I-15 exit 113. Go south on S 45th W from the exit for about a mile, and then turn left onto 1600 N/W 81st S. The subdivision is on the right side of the road.
