Wind River Estates is a community located in the city of Shelley, Idaho, about 4 miles from I-15 exit 108. This community features fifth acre to half acre lots, and joins seamlessly with the surrounding neighborhoods. This subdivision provides great access to Idaho Falls while maintaining a small town feel. 

Wind River Estates is located in Shelley, Idaho, off of I-15 exit 108. From the exit, go east on W Fir St for about 3 miles, and then turn left onto N 750 E / S Hanson Ave (right after the fire station). After about a mile, the subdivision is on the right on Cheyenne Dr.
